General Process
Unlike other mixing systems like agitators or static
mixers, FluiMixâ„¢ can control droplet size of the
minor phase.
FluiMixâ„¢ is a uniquely flexible in line zero pressure
drop mixing system. It will add exactly the correct mixing energy required no
matter what the pipe line flow conditions are.
If a process requires 30 microns droplet size then FluiMixâ„¢ can be designed
to deliver the correct level of energy to ensure that the droplet size is
maintained - even if the process conditions change.
